At Nishika Jewels by Nishika Creation, we accept return requests only for items received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We do not accept change-of-mind returns.
For approved claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Nishika Jewels covers return shipping and replacement delivery costs. Please contact us for shipping instructions before returning an item.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to credit the amount.
Report an Issue
Please report the issue within 3 days of delivery, including your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs.

Replacement or Refund
For approved claims, we offer a replacement of the same item. If the same item is unavailable, we provide a refund.
